We offer the following pickup location:
- 1920 Congo Road, Suite D in Benton, AR (This is our store. Hours vary weekly)
Please complete your purchase on the website and choose the appropriate pickup location or shipping method. Identification matching the card used for online purchases must be shown at the pickup location!
We offer the following shipping methods:
- FREE SHIPPING ships one time when all items are in stock. The only items that are NOT in stock are labeled as Pre-Orders. If all items are in stock, your order will ship within 1-3 business days (Tuesday-Saturday) of purchase.
- $5 Shipping will ship all in stock items within 1-3 business days (Tuesday-Saturday) of purchase and then ship your Pre-Orders separately when they arrive.
- We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds or store credit if your package is lost or stolen. Once the buyer receives a tracking number and USPS has taken your package, it is the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with USPS if they do not receive their package.
- Expedited shipping upon request. Please message or email us to receive expedited shipping options and costs.
- You will receive an email with tracking number when your order ships!
If you aren't completely happy with your purchase:
- Please return you item to our store location at 1920 Congo Road, Ste B in Benton, AR 72019 within 30 days of purchase/receipt of your item to be issued a store credit or to exchange for another item.
- To complete your exchange, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We ask that items be in their original sellable form with no stains or odors.
- Buyer pays return shipping. If you would like an exchange instead of store credit, there will be a $5 shipping charge to send the exchange item. We are not responsible for lost packages and return shipping will not be added onto store credit or exchange value.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by not following the laundering instructions. These items will not qualify for an exchange or store credit.
- We only issue exchanges and store credit. We do NOT issue refunds unless the item was damaged by our fault.
- All PRE-ORDER, Customized, Sale, Jewelry and Clearance purchases are FINAL. Final sales are not eligible for refund or exchange.
If we feel you have an unusual amount of return activity on your account, then you are at risk for having your online and CommentSold accounts deactivated.
As a small business, we cannot ship out multiple items per month to one customer to have the majority of them returned to then turn around and ship for free to someone else.
- Please message, call, or email us within 3 days of receipt to let us know what is damaged with your product. We will get you taken care of super fast!! :)
We do not issue price adjustments. If you buy an item today at full price and it goes on sale tomorrow, we will not issue you the price difference known as a price adjustment. We plan our markdowns and sales strategically based on color, sizing, and show schedule which does not allow us room to price adjust. Thank you!
